Pancakes

I recently purchased a pack of 8 scotch pancakes that said "I love juicy blueberries" in big letters on the front. I was surprised to find that these were not blueberry pancakes, seeing as "blueberries" was even bigger than "scotch pancakes" on the front of the pack. I found this deceptive and disappointing.

Thank you for your email; I am very sorry that you were unhappy with the scotch pancakes that you bought from our xxxx store recently; I can certainly understand your disappointment, especially as you thought that the pancakes contained blueberries.

I do agree that the packaging is misleading; We have informed our buyer of this issue and they have discussed it with the suppliers; They agree that the packaging is misleading and are now in the process of changing it.

Please accept our sincere apologies for the confusion this matter has caused you; I hope that you will be able to use them to purchase something that you particularly enjoy the next time you visit xxxx
